Our Mission Statement

We Started In Teesside!

We pride ourselves on the fact we like to give back to a community, support local businesses and boost the local economy where possible.

It’s why we started to invest in this area (back in 2015) and invested in properties (which we own) and offer as short term lets / serviced accommodation townhouses for guests visiting Middlesbrough and surrounding areas. Whether that is for family, friends or professionals requiring a ‘home from home environment, we cater for all.

Middlesbrough (Teesside) is a vibrant town with a young and growing population thanks to the well-established Teesside University, the recent addition of the Freeport and the growing infrastructure of Teesside as a whole. 

Our properties are kept in top-notch condition which means we regularly inspect and repair any minor or major defects, every turnaround is thoroughly cleaned and also inspected to ensure you have the best ‘home from home experience.

 

Being a family run business, you can keep in direct touch with us should you require any additional help or service you may need on your visit 🙂

As a serviced accommodation provider for flexible self-catered townhouses and apartments, we also will consider working with and taking other suitable properties on behalf of landlords looking for either a hands-off or additional income.

To find out whether we can help manage your property or buy an unwanted property from you, send us a message or give us a call. The ideal properties need to be in good locations with good facilities and cater between 4 to 10 people, ideally a three or four bedroom property.
