  • 2.3.1 MailChimp, a company registered in Atlanta, GA, USA who provide Cloud services and online data collection and are a data processor for the purposes of the Act and the Regulation
  • 2.3.2  Your data will be processed via secure servers as hosted with 1&1 IONOS located in England and the Wales.
  • 2.3.3  We operate on the terms of any written agreement with our data processors relating to your personal data.

2.4  Any payment transactions you make through our Website will be made through our approved third party payment gateway, encrypted through SSL technology. Any of your personal data they hold will be subject to their privacy policy.
