2.3 Your data will be processed on our behalf by the following:
2.3.1 MailChimp, a company registered in Atlanta, GA, USA who provide Cloud services and online data collection and are a data processor for the purposes of the Act and the Regulation
2.3.2 Your data will be processed via secure servers as hosted with 1&1 IONOS located in England and the Wales.
2.3.3 We operate on the terms of any written agreement with our data processors relating to your personal data.
